"designed as a fast, sea-worthy sailing yacht"
The Winner 9.50 was initially designed as a fast, sea-worthy sailing yacht. In addition to the well-groomed appearance of the boat and the efficient layout, the saloon with its teak interior radiates a cosy ambiance. Moreover, the practical galley with spacious secured for sea work surface, the bunks in the double berth cabins fore and aft and the spacious navigation area all make a lengthy stay on board inviting.
The 7/8 rigging without backstays gives the cruising sailor the necessary trimming possibilities to sail comfortably at speed and the fanatic sailor the possibility to compete successfully in races. With the 13.4 m² working jib, the Winner cruises along with ease. If the wind increases, the staysail can remain hoisted and the 28.1 m² mainsail is reefed and/or trimmed. With the - optional - draft of 1.30 m, you can sail in shallow waters as well as the Wadden Sea.
