40 uur per week Standplaats Enkhuizen
Winner Jachten in Enkhuizen is wegens de uitbreiding van haar werkzaamheden op zoek naar een productieleider.
Winner Jachten bouwt sinds 1986 polyester zeiljachten van 9 t/m 12 meter.
Naast de productie van Winner jachten is in 2011 begonnen met de productie van Admiralstender 28 en BluBoats 26. Daarnaast heeft Winner Jachten sinds 2007 een allround jachtservice en schadeherstel bedrijf voor haar eigen geproduceerde merken.
Wat ga je doen;
In de functie van productieleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
-
Het maken van de detail planning op basis van de gegeven hoofdplanning en het aansturen van de productie m.b.v. deze detailplanning;
-
Het bewaken van de planning van de werkzaamheden en de beschikbare uren;
-
Het maken van werkinstructies voor de werkplaats en het hiermee direct aansturen van het personeel;
-
Het direct uitzoeken en beantwoorden van vragen uit de productie;
-
De inkoop van de benodigde materialen (grijpvoorraad en kleinere onderdelen) en zorgen voor het op tijd beschikbaar zijn hiervan;
-
Het verzorgen van de urencontrole en urenverantwoording;
-
Het in overleg met de directie beoordelen van het functioneren van het personeel;
-
Je bent de contact persoon tussen de werkplaats en directie en informeert en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie
Waar ben jij aan te herkennen;

Je bezit minimaal HBO niveau, opleiding Scheepsbouwkunde;
-
Je hebt ruime ervaring met het tekenen in diverse CAD programma's;
-
Je bezit goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
-
Je hebt ervaring met aansturen van productiemedewerkers;

Je hebt affiniteit met de watersport, zelf actief zeilen is een pre;
-
Je bent een teamspeler met flexibele instelling;

Je hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid;

Je ontwikkelt jezelf, bent ambitieus en hebt ook oog voor innovaties en marktontwikkelingen;

"Twaalf Twintig" takes first place ORC 1 class in 24 hours race |
|
Winner 12.20 "Twaalf Twintig" started the 24 hours race in her home town Enkhuizen.
Under spinnaker the team took off in boat speeds varying between 8.5 en 9 kts, heading for the locks of Den Oever.
Team Winner Yachts decided to seek for tidal advantage on the north sea and headed out for Den Helder in 20 to 25 kts of wind.
SOG went up to above 9 kts for a very long time.
After passing the "Zuiderhaaks" the spinnaker went up again and SOG was constantly between 10 and 11 kts.
Near Vlieland the jib was hoisted and the team was a little bit too early at Harlingen to have tidal advantage towards the locks of Kornwerderzand.
The wind was still in southwesterly directions, but despite all the tacking which was needed to reach kornwerderzand, SOG average on this track was around 6 kts thanks to the exceptional pointing abillity of the 12.20.
After passing the locks SOG went up again, reaching 7.5 to 8 kts.
In the afternoon several showers with a lot of rain and wind came over the IJsselmeer, 12.20 headed into this bad weather all the time in search of more wind and good boat speeds.
SOG went up above 8 kts.
Winds shifted all the time, making it very difficult to forecast a proper last part of the race.
Finally the team was only 10 minutes earlier than the maximum time limit at the finish in Medemblik.
Winner Yachts thanks her (mostly very young) team for all the effort they have put in!

Dutch Yachting Magazine "Waterkampioen" published a story on 25 years of Winner Yachts in their latest issue.

Winner 9.50 Bliss wins WINNER CUP - 2011 |
|
Winner 9.50 "Bliss", of Madelon Kuiper and crew, takes overall win at WINNER CUP 2011 !!!
Bliss had a tough battle with Covergirl of Bart Covers, last years overall winner, but
managed to keep her leading position from start to finish in both races.
Racing started on Saturday morning with a skippers meeting.
Some of the key suppliers and crew of Winner Yachts were divided over several boats to
give them some extra support.
Special attention was given to safety at the skippers meeting.
Ingelore, a brand new Winner 12.20, helmed by Geert Verbruggen, had support from the HARKEN crew and
managed to take the lead in the first race, battling with Antoinette. In the 3rd lap they
extended their lead in the windward leg, not giving away their leading position anymore.
The 2nd race, Twaalf Twintig, skippered by the Vandecruys Family, took the lead from start to finish,
even hoisting the spinnaker in the last down wind leg to make sure they won on handicap as well.
Ingelore proved to be a tough contestant, finishing as 2nd.
In the combined 10.10/10.20 Class we saw some real close racing between Mare Liberum (1,95 deep keel),
Iris D (1,80 standard keel) and Windocs (1,40 shallow draft keel), each boat with their own specific rating.
In the end Windocs of skipper Spijkervet proved to be the most stable one, taking the win in this class.

Winner 12.20 first in ORC1 Class Round of "Noord Holland" 2011 |

Winner 12.20 "Twaalf Twintig" takes first place in the annual Round of
Noord Holland.
The Round of Noord Holland exists of 3 legs, the 1st form Muiden to
Enkhuizen, the 2nd from Enkhuizen to Kornwerderzand and the 3rd leg
starts in Kornwerderzand, passing Den Helder and finish in IJmuiden.
Due to the heavy weather and stormy forecasts the organizing committee
cancelled the last leg in the middle of the leg, asking all competitors to return
to the nearest harbor. Especially for the smaller boats and or less
experienced crew this seemed to be a correct decision.
Twaalf Twintig however was in the forefront of the field and already passed
Den Helder at that moment, so continued to their original destination
IJmuiden, finishing at around 03.30 AM.
To make up results, the organizing committee only scored the first two legs.

Winner 11.20 Meeuw first in CR 3-4 Class "Schelderegatta" 2011 |

Winner 11.20 "Meeuw" takes first place in CR3-4 Class in Schelderegatta
edition 2011.
In challenging circumstances with a lot of wind, the crew of Herman Goossens
proved their skills and the performance of their Winner 11.20.

Meeuw had just recently been at the yard in Enkhuizen for her annual service
and for a refit of her rig. The new standing rigging (dyform) and mast set up
directly showed the increased performance.

Winner Cup 2011 - July 1 - 3 - Muiden the Netherlands
The annual Winner Cup wil be held this year from July 1 till July 3.
Location: Royal Netherlands Yacht Club in Muiden.

Races: Saturday July 2
Departure: Sunday July 3
During this event we will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the yard and the Winner Yachts brand.
We will have several extra social activities because of this celebration.

Yachtvision Television recently used our brand new Winner 10.20 in their 12th issue of this year.

Samenvatting aflevering 12, seizoen 2011
Evelyn gaat deze week zeilen op het IJsselmeer met Nederlands, Europees en Wereldkampioen catamaran zeilen Gunnar Larsen. Met een opvallende blauwe Winner 10.20 met gesloten achterhut varen ze van Enkhuizen naar Medemblik. Hier stappen ze over op een 10.20 met open achterhut en varen ze weer terug naar Enkhuizen. Verderop in het programma neemt Evelyn een kijkje bij VanRip Events. Dit bedrijf verhuurt ronde partyboten voor negen personen waarop je kunt loungen, dineren of barbecueën .
In de korte nieuwsrubriek aandacht voor de teakhouten iPhone- en iPadhouder van ARC Marine en twee nieuwe buitenboordmotoren van Suzuki. Bij het verkopen van je boot komt een hoop kijken, een makelaar in de hand nemen is dus geen slecht idee. Jachtmakelaardij Sleeuwijk keurt een boot en gaat op zoek naar een koper. Bij Holland Jachtbouw werken ze aan twee nieuwe hypermoderne aluminium jachten met een historische achtergrond: de Rainbow en de Yankee, twee J-klasse zeiljachten met een hybride WhisperPower systeem.
Epco test deze week de Comfortship 17.61, een varende vakantievilla. Ook laat hij zien hoe je de boot vaarklaar maakt voor het komende vaarseizoen.
Deze week is de grote finale van de Yacht Vision Manoeuvreerwedstrijd! Vorige week zagen we hoe Campinglife presentator Sander Janson het parcours in Stavoren aflegde in een Waterspoor Tendersloep 808. Hij zette een strakke tijd neer van 4 minuten en 20 seconden. Deze week is de beurt aan TV-kok Mathijs Vrieze. Pakt Mathijs zijn voordeel bij het bakken van de schol? Of sleept Sander de Yacht Vision trofee in de wacht?

First Sea Trials Winner 10.20 very succesfull!

The Winner Yachts sales team had the honour to make the first nautical miles on board of the brand new Winner 10.20.
And...
Winner 10.20 proudly proved to be a real WINNER;
In 12 knots of wind she showed a very good pointing abillity, at 6,7 knots of boat speed, whilst being very well balanced at the same time.
The new Z-spars rig, together with the new MAX-Voyager suit of Hagoort Sails is a splendid combination.
The cockpit lay-out, with improved sitting comfort for the helmsman, works very well under all circumstances.
After this First Sea Trial, Team Winner Yachts really can say to be very pleased with this latest creation and kindly invites you to come and test her your self!
As this first trials were held during very foggy conditions we have no pictures available yet, but we will have some in a few days!

BOOT 2011 in positive atmosphere |

The Winner Yachts crew looks back on a very positive BOOT Dusseldorf 2011.
The new Winner 10.20 was very well received by the public and due to the good weather circumstances during the show, the total amount of visitors was much better than the past years.
Next to a lot of German visitors, we had a lot of visitors from Belgium and the Netherlands again.
Weather permitting we will invite all people with requests for test sails on very short notice.
We already look forward in meeting you all again at the HISWA, Amsterdam RAI, 1 - 6 March 2011.
